After seeing a lot of G70's around during my commutes to and from the office lately and being someone interested in buying before summer, I was curious what you guys are paying.
Specifically, out the door pricing and any other details that will help the rest of us when shopping around. This thread isn't exclusive to new G70's, used G70 prices can be included as well.
So far I know of one person that paid just over $50k for a Prestige apparently with destination and a couple accessories paid by the dealer. :|

I see the same thing playing out with Lexus. Vehicles like these are only really appreciated once vehicles are well out of warranty or in the hands of new owners that are too scared to try something German/Italian/British and I can't blame either one of them.

I think that might be exclusive the G80, which no one currently wants which the G70 sort of addresses along with other Genesis products to come.
Its a simple look at all the people interested in buying one, which is a lot and won't be going away any time soon.

After seeing this thread I decided to see for myself what prices for G70's are on autotrader and it's surprising that they're going as low as $33,230. I get the depreciation factor but there's definitely a lot of bang for your buck for a quality vehicle. I think some people might still have stigma for Genesis because Hyundai owns them, but it's their loss because it's such a cool performance sedan.

Please help us with some tips. How did this happen?
What were the circumstances that led to such a good discount? How can the rest of us interested find such a deal?
We were simply looking for the best deal I looked online for out the door prices and saw you could get a significant amount off. It was towards the end of the month they wanted to make a deal on top of it we were told it was Kia Hyundai's blah blah employee pricing that they extend to everybody just like GM does.
The discounts were ranging anywhere from $8,000 to over $12,000 depending on what model you went with, and the sport model had over $12,000 off. We were also able to get a similar deal on a Kia stinger if we wanted. My wife and I have flawless credit.
I have a car buddy he was able to get a out the door price on a GT2 rear-wheel drive Kia stinger for $41,000.

I bought A PGA "used" 2020 G70 Sport 3.3t with only 400 miles. Because it was "used", I bought it for just a tad over 42k. Only drawback is that the warranty shrinks down to 60,000 miles and 6 years. Dealer tried to sneak in several add-ons at financing, but declined them all. You can purchase additional warranty way cheaper from several reputable sources. We've only put 8000 miles on in 6 mos. Second oil change yesterday. We love the look and performance. Get lots of compliments.
