Genesis G70 Prices: What are you paying out the door?

After seeing a lot of G70's around during my commutes to and from the office lately and being someone interested in buying before summer, I was curious what you guys are paying.
Specifically, out the door pricing and any other details that will help the rest of us when shopping around. This thread isn't exclusive to new G70's, used G70 prices can be included as well.
So far I know of one person that paid just over $50k for a Prestige apparently with destination and a couple accessories paid by the dealer.

I'm seeing quite a few lightly used models on the market, that are well below MSRP. If you don't mind buying something pre owned there are some pretty good deals to choose from. Some are upwards of $5000 right off the top.

Would be interested to know why people are driving these for a few thousand miles and then trading them in. Read nothing but good things about the performance of the G70. Maybe there are some fit and finish issues that people aren't happy with?

I know that most of the used ones that are showing up on Autotrader and what not are SuperBowl cars and PGA Tour cars from the Genesis Open. Most have under 200 miles on them and have to be sold as used.

I see the same thing playing out with Lexus. Vehicles like these are only really appreciated once vehicles are well out of warranty or in the hands of new owners that are too scared to try something German/Italian/British and I can't blame either one of them.

There are likely a lot of people waiting to pull the trigger purely based on depreciation. If you look at the G80 it didn't take very long to find used models at a significant discount after only a few months time. Because of this most people will probably opt to lease instead of buy.

I think that might be exclusive the G80, which no one currently wants which the G70 sort of addresses along with other Genesis products to come.
Its a simple look at all the people interested in buying one, which is a lot and won't be going away any time soon.
