Welcome to the forum @NCamiolo! Smart idea if you plan on keeping it for a while. Is this your first Genesis?I just picked up a new 2020 on lease a week ago in Siberian Ice. Most likely going to buy the lease out rather than turn it in due to this announcement.
Hi NCamiolo and congrats on your purchase! I have been in the market for a 2020 G70 m/t as well. May I ask how much you purchased yours for? SI was definitely my top choice, beautiful color, but there seem to be literally none left in the US.Thank you @GenesisFast! This is my first Genesis, although I work for a dealership so I know them pretty well. I would love to hold onto this thing long enough to do some fun performance mods to it and take it up to Sebring every now and then for some track days. There is just something about sedans being tossed around a track!
I agree with the power delivery early on. I'm hopeful that an intake and piggyback tune will give it the slight bump needed to be a great daily driver.I have a G70 6sp in San Diego. Leased it a year ago. Leases are expensive in California but I was able to negotiate a good price I think. $395/mo with just fees down (about $1200 I think...). Love it so far, except it needs a bit more power, especially the first few seconds.
@jdbloom I found only one 2020 G70 2.0T M/T in Siberian Ice (Gray interior) in the entire country.... Only 45 total available in any color for that matter. The one I found is at Genesis of Harvey in Harvey, Louisiana. I attached the Monroney Label for the specific car for you.Hi NCamiolo and congrats on your purchase! Thanks in advance!
On man the G70 at Sebring would be fantastic! If you make the trip you need to record it.Thank you @GenesisFast! This is my first Genesis, although I work for a dealership so I know them pretty well. Congrats! The car looks great! Similar story from me too. I purchased the Mallorca Blue with the same interior, engine and transmission. Aside from the first gear torque dip, I love the car.Hello from Canada! I picked up the 2021 2.0T Sport 6spd just over a month ago in the Himalayan Grey exterior and black with red stitch interior. Have to admit that I was not in the market for a car at the time...but booked a test drive online to pass the time between meetings! The rest as they say is history...loving the car! Mallorca Blue is a beautiful color on this car! There aren't many of us and sadly even fewer with a manual transmission. I will keep an eye out for you as well. Keep safe!Congrats! I don't see too many of us up here in Ontario, so I'll keep my eyes peeled for you!
Apologizes for the late reply. I have to be honest...I've had the car over 6 months and I sadly have only just over 3600 KM/2200 miles. I usually get out for a drive once a week which ends up being more hooligan like!I like that Himalayan Gray, very nice color choice.
What kind of real world mileage are you all getting when not driving like a hooligan?
