I actually like the fact they kept it limited to the door since not always is more better, actually the opposite, less is better. If they had diamond stitching everywhere that would make me concerned. Genesis brand refresh is off to the right start.

I think it's a good look, in this scenario, I think it would look okay to have diamond stitching matching throughout though just for the continuity. Having up and down stripe stitching and then diamond stitching, it just looks weird to me.

Other than that I see an "Auto Hold" button. What would that be for? I think typically with manual transmission vehicles these days, some come equipped with that so when you're on an incline, the car won't roll back for a few seconds. But in an automatic, what does it do?

I just keep seeing end of 2017. They are doing extensive testing in Australia and I THINK I've read something about tuning the suspension for Australian roads, so I'm not too sure if it'll launch there first, which I can't see why they would do that anyhow.

The Stinger is launching in Australia before the US. This one probably will too.

Due to the fact Stinger production is limited we might see some fast launches going from one market to another due to the easier allocation and distribution. But I could be wrong, just my speculation of what's happening right now.

Hope Genesis isn't cutting any corners to release the G70 quicker, I think the last few months before they go on sale is used to iron out and production problems at the plant.
they can get away with just launching a few trims for now and not anything higher up and that would be a smart move since most of these would go to owners with simple needs.

although I want what might come with a potential N-Trim, waiting isn't a problem.

I assume waiting isn't a problem for most people, at least for me so long as what I get in the end is of good quality and includes certain features. But waiting is not the problem for me, it's Hyundai who seems to be in a rush.
